Our Approach

Empowering Communities
through Green Solutions

Four pillars guiding everything we do — from the coast to the community.

Protect

We protect our coastal ecosystem through mangrove restoration, climate action, waste management and innovative green solutions that support healthy ecosystems and resilient communities.

Empower

We equip young people with skills, mentorship and opportunities to develop sustainable livelihoods, build enterprises, take leadership roles and actively contribute to the blue and green economy.

Influence

We create spaces for young people and communities to participate in decision making, advocate for issues that matter to them, engage stakeholders and promote accountable and inclusive environmental governance.

Thrive

We support young people to make informed choices, build healthy relationships, strengthen their wellbeing and access reliable information and support on health, life skills and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).
